Join the fun-packed Half Rubber Tournament—Isle of Palms Recreation’s beloved summer tradition now in its 26th year. Held at 24 28th Ave., this relaxed yet competitive event features three- to four-player teams (ages 16+), each playing with half-rubber balls and broomstick-style bats. The format includes three-inning games (with extra innings for ties), ghost runners instead of baserunning, and clear-cut rules for singles, home runs, and outs. Registration is $25 per person, covering a tournament tee, refreshments (water, Powerade, pizza), and prizes for the top two teams isleofpalmsmagazine.com.
